Once you have a verified account, you can schedule a pickup or simply respond to the reminder text we send the night before our driver will be in your area.

Step 3 Bag Up Your Items
On the day of your first pickup, you may place any bag in your designated pickup spot, and we will deliver your items back to you in one of our sanitized VIP bags to use with future orders. Special instructions can be added on a physical note and included in your bag, or indicated within the link we email to you.

Step 4 Clean, Dry, Deliver
We’ll go over any special instructions you’ve left us, then our skilled team will clean, alter, repair, or press each item. Your like-new items will be dropped back off at the location you’ve indicated. We guarantee your satisfaction 100%! A 24-hour turnaround may be available upon request.

How do I get started?

Can I schedule my SmartyWash pickup at the same time as my dry cleaning with Judi’s Cleaners?
Absolutely! Our dedicated route drivers can pickup & deliver both your SmartyWash hamper(s) and your Judi’s dry cleaning order at the same time, making us the easiest, one-stop service in the Sacramento area and its surrounding cities.
What if I put something in my SmartyWash hamper that shouldn’t be washed?
Our team has been in the business for almost 40 years—which means 99 times out of 100, we can spot something that doesn’t belong in the washer or dryer.
If that happens, we’ll process it properly and return it to you with detailed charges. If you didn’t intend to include it in your order, please let us know and we will remove the charges—no questions asked. We have saved many marriages with this policy. If you don’t love it, you won’t pay!

We will text or email you as soon as your order has been delivered or is ready for you to pick up. You can track the status of your order at any time when you log in to your customer account.
How soon will I receive my cleaned items after a pickup?
All pickup & delivery orders are returned to you within 2 business days. Please note that if your scheduled delivery date falls on a holiday, your order may be rescheduled to your next service date.

Yes! From small tweaks to large-scale changes, we’re all about making sure you’re comfortable in what you love to wear. Our skilled seamstress will conduct an initial assessment then create a plan based on garment material, stitching, and finer details.
